What do you charge for bespoke designs?
We don't charge extra for a bespoke design however please be aware that the components requested may be more expensive.
What do your charge for postage?
UK orders are are sent by Royal Mail Recorded delivery (Delivery approx 3-5 working days from shipping date)
Standard UK Delivery £3.95 or express delivery (1-2 working days)£6.95.
All orders require a signature on delivery.
UK Delivery is charged for 'Try Before You Buy' there is, however no postage on a subsequent order resulting from this service.
Can I try before I buy?
We do appreciate how difficult it can be to choose on-line and for that reason we will, if requested by the customer, send out a Studio sample for them to try. Customers are required to pay in full for the item sent but a full refund, less postage, is given, if the item is returned within 7 days in the same packaging and condition as received. Postage will not always be charged on a subsequent order resulting from an Sample Trial, this is weight dependent.
What is the timescale?
4/7 days is the standard time we quote for processing your order but if you require this urgently then we can priortise your order and process and post it to you within 7 days.
What if the item is damaged when I receive it?
In the unlikely event that your item is received damaged, please contact us immediately so we can arrange return and replacement. If you order a design that is made especially to your specifications this is classed as bespoke. Bespoke orders, under the distance selling regulations, will not be subject to the 10 days legal requirements as a matter of course. Items that are not by Tiaras & Co will be refunded as per our Terms & Conditions.
Refunds will not given if the item has been worn.
Could you copy a design I've seen?
No, this would be against the original designers' copyright and would be both unethical and illegal. You can send us pictures to show us the type of design you require but we will not copy other peoples work.
Payment?
You can make payment via our website shopping basket. We accept all major credit cards.
Cancellation?
You may cancel your order in writing (email) within 24 hours.
